Our Client is a Solution provider for offshore construction engineering project management and support services involved in Pipeline installation and construction, Platform installation and removal, deepwater/ SURF installations, Inspection, Repair and Maintenance (IRM) and diving to the Oil and Gas industry.

• Acting as a Senior Structural engineer on all structural engineering analyses, design, procedures and documentation, planning, materials and all other technical services essential to support the installation construction activities.
• Ensure that the details included in the engineering procedures are fully understood by the Construction personnel and that all the project preparation is in order.
• Monitor the project offshore for its implementation and during that period he shall liaise with the Field Engineer. He shall give technical back up to the Field Engineer and advice in steering the project execution. He shall also assist the Field Engineer to ensure materials availability offshore prior to start of execution. For extra work found offshore during execution he shall recommend proposals, material requirement and input to planning.
• He shall compile as-built reports on the project (progress versus plan, problem areas, lessons learned, distinct performance etc.) to ensure information is compiled for the completion reports and the projects database. He shall assist the Planner to produce an as-built project network.

• Must be qualified in an appropriate engineering discipline with a recognized degree. A minimum of 3- 6 years’ experience in offshore structural installation industry and minimum 2 years in similar capacity in major offshore structural installation projects and experience with network planning.
• Must be an engineer registered with the Board of Engineer, Malaysia.
