We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-oriented Night Shift Supervisor to lead our café operations during night hours. You will be in charge of supervising the night crew, ensuring smooth café operations, handling and running the POS system, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the night shift team in daily operations
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Operate and manage the POS system, including cash and card transactions
• Ensure food and beverages are prepared according to café standards
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, kitchen, and storage areas
• Perform closing duties and ensure everything is in order before shift ends
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally
• Report any issues (equipment, stock, or customer) to management
• Train and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service

Requirements and Skills

• Has at least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in F&B industry
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Skilled in handling POS systems and daily sales reconciliation
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team management abilities
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
