The Purchasing Manager is responsible for managing all purchasing activities of the hotel, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services at the best value, while maintaining quality, compliance, and alignment with IHG standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all purchasing and procurement activities for the hotel.
• Source, negotiate, and appoint suppliers in line with IHG procurement standards.
• Ensure cost control, budget compliance, and effective inventory management.
• Coordinate closely with Finance, Operations to meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
• Maintain proper documentation, contracts, and purchasing records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
