ADMIN CUSTOMER SERVICE
Job Description
- Handle walk-in customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner according to company standards.
- Manage daily administrative tasks including answering phone calls, replying WhatsApp and emails, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Assist customers regarding payments, invoices, orders, and billing matters.
- Prepare packaging and coordinate delivery arrangements for customer orders.
- Ensure customer inquiries and issues are handled efficiently with good service experience.
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Fresh graduates with customer service skills are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- Good communication skills with pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Responsible, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp handling is an added advantage.
- Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be prioritized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
