As we continue to enhance our customer experience, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced industry, this role is for you.
Role and Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Manage customer bookings and ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Coordinate with operations team on shipment arrangements
- Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely delivery
- Build strong customer relationships to support business growth
- Develop and maintain customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare investigation reports for customer complaints when required
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes

Qualification and experience requirements
- Minimum of a SPM, Diploma or equivalent (Business or related field preferred) or
- A minimum of 1 year of responsible experience in sales position; or
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain and logistics industries field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Microsoft Office Operating Knowledge.
- Basic transport and logistics Knowledge.
- Knowledge in customer service practices.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Saturday (Alternate) - 8:30am - 12:30pm
