Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Solution Architect to lead enterprise network strategy, architecture, and engineering across on-premises, cloud, and unified communications environments. This role will drive architecture roadmaps, support large-scale transformation initiatives, and provide technical leadership in delivering secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in enterprise networking, multi-cloud, unified communications, architecture governance, and solution engineering, with the ability to influence both technical design and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Strategy & Roadmap Management

• Develop, maintain, and evolve architecture, engineering, and operational roadmaps for network services aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Define and maintain roadmaps, blueprints, design patterns, and best practices for enterprise networking, including on-premises, cloud, and unified communications environments.
• Assess the business impact of architecture decisions and ensure alignment across the broader technology landscape.

Solution Architecture & Engineering

• Provide technical recommendations for highly available network services supporting data, voice, unified communications/contact center, and multi-cloud architectures.
• Identify and lead remediation of performance, scalability, and design bottlenecks across the technology landscape.
• Evaluate constraints, recommend alternatives, mitigate risks, and support process or design re-engineering where needed.
• Define and implement reusable methodologies and templates for:
• Requirements gathering
• TCO analysis
• Product / service assessments
• Infrastructure design
• Peer reviews

Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Business IT, Infrastructure teams, and managed service providers on solution design, engineering, and operational delivery.
• Collaborate across business and technology teams to embed best practices into architecture and engineering standards.
• Promote reuse of solution templates and standards across projects to improve consistency and productivity.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive better strategies, processes, and business value.

Technology & Innovation

• Maintain deep expertise in network and cloud technologies to deliver scalable, cost-effective, and business-aligned solutions.
• Support adoption of emerging technologies and innovative architecture approaches aligned with enterprise objectives.

Risk, Security & Resilience

• Participate in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Security, and IT Risk Management initiatives aligned with audit and compliance standards.
• Ensure network and cloud solutions comply with security, data protection, access control, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including business impact analysis, to ensure resilience and service availability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise network architecture and engineering.
• Strong expertise in networking, multi-cloud, unified communications, and solution architecture.
• Experience in architecture governance, roadmap planning, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, resilience planning, and risk controls.
• Experience working with enterprise stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Relevant certifications (Cisco, cloud, architecture, or security) are highly desirable.

Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month
