Customer Care Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation on aesthetic treatments and skincare
• Counsel suitable treatment plans and products alongside Aesthetic Consultant
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

• Experience in beauty, skincare, or aesthetic clinic environment
• Strong communication and sales ability
• Passion for aesthetics and skincare
• Friendly personality and customer-focused mindset

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
