- Support the Sales & Marketing Department to achieve sales target and good customer service in order to achieve the company/group’s sales and profit targets.

- Performing sales function through assisting purchasers on loan documentation for applying for loan with banks, and to effectively follow-up on loan drawdown from the banks as well as ensure timely collection of payments from buyers.

- Attend to potential purchasers and corporate buyers and provide information on their enquiries.

- Maintain liaison with lawyers and purchasers on all matters pertaining to the preparation and signing of sales Purchase Agreement including follow-up on down-payment and stamping status.

- Maintain records and follow-up with purchasers on all matters pertaining to signing of sales Purchase Agreement.

- Provide guidance and advice to purchasers on loan application process and procedures to assist purchasers with all requirements for smooth loan processing.

- Prepare all correspondence with lawyers and purchasers on all matter pertaining to sales of property.

- Be aware of project status and prepare billing to purchasers and attend to and resolve customer’s complaints.

- Monitor and follow-up of progressive loan drawdown from purchasers’ financial institution.

- Support Superior in arrangements pertaining to marketing tools such as billboards, buntings, brochures, etc.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
