Full job description
- Manage and administer all company IT systems, including servers, network infrastructure, and end-user devices.
- Oversee software license management, including tracking, renewal, and compliance (e.g., firewall, Zoom, and other business applications).
- Provide end-to-end user support, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of emails, PCs, printers, and scanners.
- Maintain and ensure optimal performance of all IT equipment, including preventive maintenance and timely upgrades.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to server performance, network connectivity, and company website functionality.
- Implement and enforce IT security measures, including antivirus, firewall, access control, and data protection practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of IT assets, licenses, system configurations, and inventory.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT-related support, procurement, and system improvements.
Position Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support
3. Experience in supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
4. Knowledgeable in Network configuration (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing), Server environments, antivirus and IT security practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
