Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and online channels professionally.
• Provide information on products, promotions, store locations, eye tests, frames, and lenses.
• Assist customers with bookings, order tracking, delivery updates, and after-sales services.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Maintain customer records and follow up to unsure customer satisfaction.
• Support branches with warranty claims, product exchanges, and service appointments.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback and recurring issues for service improvement.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate support.
• Build customer relationships through follow-ups, reminders, and promotional engagement activities.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
