What We Are Looking For?

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Consultant for a 3-month contract engagement, with the first month onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the remaining two months remote. The contract may be extended further based on project requirements and performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), ETL/ELT development, data migration, integration workflows, and Oracle database technologies. The candidate must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Develop and optimize ODI mappings, packages, procedures, variables, and load plans.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple source systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ODI-related performance and integration issues.
• Work closely with database administrators, developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Support deployment activities, testing, and production releases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to integrations and workflows.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Follow best practices for data integration, security, and performance optimization.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data warehousing principles.
• Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL development.
• Hands-on expertise in ODI 11g/12c development and administration.
• Experience working with large-scale data migration and integration projects.
• Good knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Oracle ecosystem technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solvng skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur for the first month and remotely afterward.
• Experience working in international or cross-functional teams will be preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
