Key Competencies
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communication or equivalent
· At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
· Strong spoken and written English. Conversational Mandarin is a requirement.
· Good interpersonal and customer service skills
· Tech savvy, resourceful and proactive
· Attentive to details and able to multitask
Key Responsibilities
· Provide confidential secretarial, organisational and administrative services for the effective operation of the School
· Promote high quality communication and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the school community
· Act as first point of contact and provide administrative support services for the school, including but not limited to: correspondence, communicating with parents/others by phone/email, dealing with visitors to the school and incoming/outgoing messages
· Assist with admissions and marketing procedures and school events
· Maintain a variety of manual and electronic documents, files and records for the purpose of providing up-to-date information and reference in accordance with established administrative guidelines and legal requirements
· Oversee maintenance of school premises and facilities
· Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
