IT Software Specialist

Location: Penang / Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR and business applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Assist in system implementation and enhancements.
• Work closely with users and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in application support.
• Knowledge in SQL Server & Programming is C#, C++ is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRMS is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is added advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
