- Manage day-to-day office administrative matters and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain proper filing systems for physical and digital documents.
- Organise, update, and safeguard company records, client files, and confidential documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, letters, and courier arrangements professionally.
- Assist in preparing administrative documents, letters, forms, and reports.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff schedules when required.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation for compliance and internal control purposes.
- Ensure office cleanliness, organisation, and proper maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist management with ad-hoc administrative duties and special assignments from time to time.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
- Candidates with relevant administrative or office support experience will have an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently, responsibly, and with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents professionally.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
