JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead and grow online sales channels. This role focuses on driving revenue, optimizing digital storefronts, and executing strategies to maximize conversion and customer retention. Brands: Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club, Valentino Rudy, Mossimo
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimizing internal workflows to increase efficiency, identifies roadblocks and opportunities to grow e-commerce business.
- Work closely with relevant agency to plan and implement online activities, promotions to drive traffic and sales.
- Own end-to-end management of e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations, accurate product listings, and optimal user experience.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional calendars to drive revenue growth.
- Analyse key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize product pages, pricing, merchandising, and on-site content to improve conversion and sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on digital campaigns, paid ads, and content strategies that drive traffic and sales.
- Manage inventory planning and coordinate with logistics to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer journey and implement improvements to enhance retention, repeat purchases, and overall satisfaction.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
Others:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of related experience in e-commerce or data/analytical field required. Proven experience in e-commerce or online sales management.
- Apparel and/or leatherwear industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical approach in understanding data/analytics.
- Advanced skills of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong project management/time management skills.
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, marketplaces, or similar will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Ability to drive strategy and execution independently.
