Position : Senior Sales Support Specialist

Salary Range : Up to RM 6,500

Location : Bangsar South, KL

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist to support sales operations, coordinate internal processes, and ensure a smooth customer journey from order processing to final delivery, while enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and internal communication between departments
• Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and related paperwork
• Maintain and update CRM systems to track sales activities and customer progress
• Generate regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and updates for management review
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and service quality
• Support customer onboarding processes and handle basic client inquiries
• Assist in sales campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities
• Follow up on pending tasks, quotations, and orders to ensure timely closure
• Identify opportunities to improve sales support processes and workflow efficiency

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or similar role
• Experience with CRM systems is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and customer service mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
