JOB VACANCY: CALL CENTRE AGENT (INBOUND)

We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Inbound Call Centre Customer Service Team.
Job Scope:
- Handle inbound calls from customers
- Assist with customer inquiries and complaints
- Update customer information in the system
- Resolve issues based on company SOP
- Deliver professional and excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum age 18 years old and above
- Must have completed SPM / UEC / SKM Level 3 / SVM Level 3 / IGCSE
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Working Days & Hours:
- 6 working days per week
- Rotational shift (24-hour operations)
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Salary & Allowances:
Starting salary: RM1900
- Night shift allowance
- Public holiday pay rate
- Overtime (OT) provided if required
