Backend Developer(s) (IoT)

Responsibilities

• Design IoT Cloud architecture with US office teamates
• Responsible for backend application development, cloud environment configurations and setups
• Support Smart Device development team, Frontend development team and QA team

Software Engineering (Application)

Responsibilities

• IoT android applicatin development and maintenance
• Support software development, debugging, test case development, test plans and design documentation

Engineer – Software Engineering (MCU)

Responsibilities

• IoT device software development
• Support software development, debugging, test case development, test plans and design documentation

Job Requirements

Backend Developer(s) (IoT)

Requirements

• Degree/Asso. Deg / High Diploma holder in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
• Experience candidate will be considered to the post of Analyst Programmer
• Familiar with JAVA, Javascript, NodeJS, SQL, Nginx
• Knowledge in cloud service, such as AWS, Azure
• Knowledge in IoT protocol, such as MQTT, CoAP etc is an advantage
• Knowledge in voice service, such as Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant is an advantage
• Knowledge in wireless technology (WiFi/BT/Zigbee/868MHz) is an advantage
• Independent with good analytical skills and willing to learn

Software Engineering (Application)

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in application development experience
• Knowledgeable of (iOS, Android) application development
• Programming experience with C, C++, Python, Java, Javascript, objective-C
• Knowledge in Zigbee, Thread, BLE, BT or WiFi, Thermostat system software development
• Knowledge in IoT gateway architecture and IoT device development
• Knowledge in AWS or Google IoT Cloud application development
• Knowledge in Linux application development. Open source integration
• Familiar with version control tools, git, SVN, Bugzilla, Jira

Engineer – Software Engineering (MCU)

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 2 years or above application development experience
• Programming experience with C, C++, Python, Java, Javascript, objective-C
• Experience in MCU programming (C / Assembly Language)
• Knowledge in Zigbee, Thread, BLE, BT or WiFi, Thermostat system software development
• Knowledge in IoT gateway architecture and IoT device development
• Knowledge in AWS or Google IoT Cloud application development
• Candidate with mobile (iOS, Android) development experience is also welcome
• Knowledge in Linux application development. Open source integration
• Familiar with version control tools, git, SVN
