Regional telecom carrier

• Daily operation and monitoring in Operations Centre
• Perform routine monitoring and analysis to customer’s network traffic
• Provide 1st Tier Support & Trouble Shooting
• Assist in system setup, security equipment configuration and service provisioning

• High Diploma or above in Computing / Information Technology or related discipline.
• 2 years working experiences in ICT service provider, ISP or Telecommunication industry.
• Hands-on experiences in any of followings: Administration of Windows Server and related application servers; Administration of Linux Server and related application servers; Administration of UTM / Firewall policies and configuration; Design of server side scripting – Linux Shell / Perl / Python.
• Knowledge of server and network virtualization, network security is an advantage.
• Professional qualification in system field or security field is an advantage.
• Analytical, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is an advantage.
• Standby and Shift duty are required.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant engineer.
• Willing to work on shift duties for supporting 24/7 operation
