Job Description
As the E-commerce Operations & Marketing Specialist, you will be a key driver of our digital commerce initiatives. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of our online promotions and marketing content, ensuring a professional and engaging customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals across our e-commerce sites.
Execute all promotions and campaigns in accordance with the marketing calendar, working with the Digital Commerce & Strategy Manager to ensure flawless implementation.
Collaborate with the graphic design team to create and upload engaging online banners and e-newsletters.
Oversee inventory management on our e-commerce sites, ensuring product availability is aligned with our logistics team.
Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as assigned by the team manager.
Enhance customer satisfaction by monitoring daily operations and effectively managing inquiries, complaints, and returns.
Support marketing initiatives by executing newsletters and promotions, while performing basic SEO optimization to improve product page visibility.
Analyze sales performance data and generate comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights for the team.
What We're Looking For
Over 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or retail industries.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopline, Shopify, and HKTVmall is highly desirable.
Basic logistics knowledge and strong numerical skills to support operations will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
A proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital content management and a data-driven mindset.
Proficient in English and Cantonese; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
