Job Description :
Identify and research opportunity for productivity related improvements
Active participation in and monitoring of Production Department's quality, environment and safety program including correcting violations in the field
Coordinate with different departments on all aspects of the development and implementation of production projects
Prepare cost analysis for project evaluation for Production Manager and plant management as required
Development and installation of effective work process
Prepare various reports and perform other duties as required
Contribute to effective shutdown and overhaul planning and management
Plan for regular inspection and evaluation on all operating equipment to maintain production requirement
Review, update and maintain all operation procedures and emergency response plan as required
Requirements :
Degree holder in an engineering related discipline or equivalent
2 - 5 years working experience in related industry including minimum 1 year experience in process plan
Candidates with strong in-house experience but lower education qualification would also be considered and promoted internally
