Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support for Hong Kong and Macau offices, including hardware, software, and network issues
Handle user requests, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution
Assist in system setup, deployment, and maintenance
Support and maintain business systems, including ERP and reporting tools
Assist in preparing reports using Power BI and Excel based on user requirements
Maintain IT documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system support and issue resolution
Support IT projects and system enhancements
Perform ad hoc IT duties when required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT
Experience in EDI implementation is highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, VBA knowledge
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX / Business Central)
Basic knowledge of C#, .NET, or SQL is preferred
Good problem-solving skills and able to handle multiple tasks independently
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Immediate availability is preferred
