Responsibilities
- Provide daily maintenance, on-the-spot technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and equipment across the head office and all branches
- Install, configure and maintain PCs, the company Synology NAS server system (file storage, shared folders, user permissions and data backup) and network devices (Wi-Fi / Router / Switch)
- Support and administer tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices
- Assist in administering the company CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot) — account provisioning, permission management, data hygiene and end-user support
- Leverage AI tools to help colleagues streamline daily workflows and improve overall productivity
- Enforce information security policies, monitor network security, prevent cyber attacks and safeguard company data and systems
- Perform data backup, disaster recovery and basic network security administration
- Support new system rollouts, end-user training and IT project implementation
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant IT support / system deployment experience
- Familiar with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, basic networking and common office software
- Hands-on experience administering Synology NAS as a server (DSM, shared-folder permission management, Snapshot and backup solutions) is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot) is a plus
- Proficient in using AI tools (Claude Code) to enhance daily work efficiency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
- Immediate availability is preferred
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Off
