• Perform 5G/B5G/6G/NTN baseband algorithm designs, including (but not limited to) system analysis, beamforming mechanisms, calibration methodologies, RF exposure control, etc. • Perform ML/AI algorithm investigations and seek potential applications for system performance optimization. • Be able to guide junior engineers if applying for technical manager. • Be able to coordinate multi-site operations and attend meetings across time zones (nice-to-have)
• Master with 0+ years of experience for engineer; PhD/Master with 0+/3+ years of experience for senior engineer; PhD/Master with 3+/7+ years of experience for technical manager. • Ability to conduct independent research and work on new technologies. • Extensive knowledge of wireless communication theory and digital signal processing. • Good understanding of RF characteristics. • Hands-on experience with Matlab, C, and C++. • Good communication and documentation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of 5G NR or LTE or WiFi baseband design is a major plus. • Understanding of product development flow is a major plus. • Experience in laboratory and chip measurement is a plus.
