We're looking for a Client Engagement Associate to drive enrolment growth across our TVET training programs. You'll engage warm leads through our CRM, build rapport with prospective adult learners, and convert their interest into confirmed registrations. This is a conversion-focused role — your success is measured by how effectively you turn enquiries into enrolled trainees.

What you'll do:

• Engage and follow up with leads via our CRM in a timely, structured manner
• Understand each prospect's goals and match them to the right TVET program
• Guide working adults through the registration and enrolment process
• Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline status
• Meet and exceed monthly conversion targets

Who we're looking for:

• Proven experience in leads conversion or sales (essential)
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Confident owning the full lead-to-registration journey
