  • Requirements*
    • Proficiency With Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software , Particularly MS Excel.
    • A Team Player with High Level of Dedication , Ability to Work Under Deadlines.
    • We Need Someone With Customer-Service Skills / In Customer-Facing Roles.
    • NO QUOTA for WORK PERMITS **

    Jobs Description:
    • Responsible for Order Processing via Email or Phone , Expedite Orders through Internal Coordination With the Production Side & Customers Side.
    • After Sales Confirmed , Liaise with the Logistics Department to Ensure Timely Deliveries.
    • If There's A Delay , To Call Customers to Settle the Issues Accordingly.
    • Maintain and Update Sales and Customer Records & Direct Important Feedback from Customers to Relevant Departments.
    • Stay Up to Date with New Products and Features
