We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead and manage the finance function across multiple entities.

You will work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and management to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong financial control, and a smooth monthly closing process.

This role combines team leadership with active involvement in reporting and consolidation, in a structured and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage accounting teams across entities

· Review and ensure accuracy of monthly financial reporting

· Oversee group consolidation and reporting

· Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external advisors

· Ensure alignment between accounting and tax across entities

· Improve reporting processes, controls, and closing timelines

· Provide financial insights and updates to management

Requirements

• 8–12 years experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation
• Experience working with auditors and multi-entity structures
• Familiarity with tax considerations across multiple jurisdictions and ability to work with local tax consultants
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to leverage tools (including AI) to improve efficiency in reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis
