Higher Nitec / Diploma In Accounting / Degree Banking & Finance or Similar Field
Basic Knowledge of GST and Relevant Financial Reporting Standards
Familiarity with Microsoft Navision and MS Excel, Spreadsheet.

Jobs Description;

1. Prepare Internal Management Reports for Reconciliation, Month-end Closing,
2. Accounts Receivable / Aging Analysis & Cash Flow Tracking Monthly
3. Ensure Proper Recording all Transactions In Compliance With Goods and Service Tax (GST) Regulations & Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
4. Handle Billing & Claims Details / Schedules, Credit Note Issuance, Invoices Correction, Including of Clarifying Any Billing Issues with Customers through Calls and Emails.
5. Update Lease Service Contract Agreements and Process Customer Deposit Refunds
6. Submit All Invoices via External Portals / E-Invoicing.
