Key Responsibilities
- Lead Singapore field operations, service, and technical teams
- Manage installation, maintenance, and customer projects
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers and on-site communication
- Ensure SLA compliance, safety, quality, and operational standards
- Manage engineers and technical personnel operations
- Manage operational KPIs, budgets, and costs
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvements
- Report operational performance and key issues to Korean HQ
- Perform other operational duties related to the Singapore entity
Requirements
- Fluent in both Korean and English (Korean is required for communication with Korean stakeholders)
- Experience in semiconductor equipment or semiconductor service industry preferred
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the similar position
