About the Role

Our Client is seeking a talented AI Solutions Engineer to lead the development and deployment of innovative AI applications, with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and large language models (LLMs). This position involves collaborating with diverse teams to identify opportunities, craft tailored AI solutions, and ensure their seamless integration into enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered tools such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent search functionalities that enhance user engagement.
• Partner with technical and business units to translate operational needs into scalable AI architectures, including prompt engineering and API integration.
• Build and manage comprehensive AI pipelines, covering data collection, preprocessing, embedding, and output validation processes.
• Work with cloud-based AI platforms (like Azure AI services, SAP AI modules) to develop and embed AI solutions within existing infrastructure.
• Analyze data sets and perform data engineering tasks to prepare high-quality inputs for model training and evaluation.
• Ensure AI systems adhere to best practices in governance, security, and data privacy, maintaining responsible AI standards.
• Optimize AI models and systems for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, continuously seeking improvements.
• Engage with emerging AI technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation, expanding into predictive analytics and advanced data science projects over time.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to align AI initiatives with strategic goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 2-5 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or AI/ML roles.
• Practical experience with Generative AI and large language models, utilizing platforms such as Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or JavaScript, with a solid understanding of data pipelines, embeddings, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure, and experience working with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Strong skills in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing, big data tools, and relational databases.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, with an interest in developing ML models and predictive analytics capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology.
