Provide troubleshooting and routine servicing for security systems at client sites to ensure optimal operation.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in managing the security equipment inventory and spare parts stockpile.
Coordinate with clients, facility management teams, and contractors to facilitate maintenance activities on-site.
Engage regularly with clients and facility managers to address service and maintenance concerns, aiming for seamless support.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with relevant safety and health regulations, including workplace safety standards.
Handle additional technical tasks such as system upgrades, new installations, equipment replacements, and handovers.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
Possess a diploma or higher Nitec qualification in Engineering, IT, or related fields, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
Have hands-on experience with security solutions like integrated management systems, access control, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and electronic key management.
Additional expertise in hardware setup, network configuration, and integration with third-party systems is advantageous.
Must demonstrate teamwork, independence, ownership, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Possession of a valid driving license (car or motorcycle) is preferred, especially if owning a personal vehicle.
Open to Singapore citizens; work location is at 3 Shan Road or client premises.
Availability to work five days a week, including rotational standby shifts.
Experienced professionals will be considered for senior maintenance roles, while recent graduates interested in security systems can apply as technicians.
