Job Description :

• Perform operational duties in-house & externally(locally/overseas in onshore/offshore environment).
• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary.
• Delegate individual responsibilities & lead production teams.
• Ensure daily production plan is met.
• Ensure product quality meets customer specifications.
• Process administrative work.
• Communicate with internal Sales, QA & other departments.
• Communicate with clients onsite.
• Responsible for training new staff.
• Responsible for taking care of machinery, equipment & tools, including maintenance work.
• Ensure all team members follow workplace safety rules & WSH regulations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping & arrangement of workplace.
• Primary production role including but not limited to:
• Hose & wire sling fabrication.
• Testing & inspection services.
• Repair, refurbish & installation services.
• Incoming: Receiving, inspection & storage of goods.
• Conduct stock checks and perform inventory reconciliation.
• Outgoing: Order picking, inspection & packing of goods.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications :

• GCE ‘N’ level / secondary education.
• Able to communicate in English language.
• Forklift license (mandatory).
• Class 3 driving license (optional).

Skills / Knowledge / Experience :

• Min. 7 years of experience in hose assembly/wire sling production.
• Experience in leader multiple teams in production.
• Experience in operating various production machinery & equipment of related field.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook & use of ERP system.
• Hands-on & willing to learn new skills.
• Team player.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication abilities.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
