Key Responsibilities
1. Online Order Fulfillment (E-commerce Operations)
- Receive and process order information from the system; coordinate with the online sales team for order allocation
- Contact customers (if required) to verify order details and delivery information
- Prepare shipping documents and labels; pick & pack orders according to standard procedures
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor order status and proactively handle issues until successful delivery to customers
2. Warehouse Monitoring & Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records; ensure all inbound and outbound transactions are properly recorded
- Arrange and organize goods in the warehouse following company standards (FIFO, categorization, labeling…)
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth stock flow between warehouse and sales channels
3. Offline Operations (Store Replenishment & Transfer)
- Execute stock transfers from warehouse to retail stores based on allocation plans
- Ensure timely replenishment to meet store sales demand
- Coordinate with store teams to track stock levels, returns, and product movement Handle inter-store transfers and reverse logistics (returns, defective items…)
- Support store opening/closing stock setup when required
4. Document & Data Management
- Prepare and manage warehouse-related documents: delivery notes, transfer forms, inventory reports
- Ensure data accuracy between physical stock and system records
- Support documentation related to import/export if applicable (Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
5. Cost Optimization & Efficiency
- Propose solutions to optimize shipping costs and warehouse operations
- Improve packing, routing, and delivery processes to increase efficiency
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, order fulfillment performance, and logistics costs
- Work closely with E-commerce, Retail, and Operations teams to ensure seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Singaporean or already holding a valid work permit
- 2 – 3 years of experience in similar position
- Solid background in retail sales, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, with a strong interest in the latest styles and market trends.
- Highly customer-oriented, with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working under pressure, able to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic retail setting.

Working time:
Working in shifts, ensuring 44 hours/week
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
