岗位职责

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C++ technologies.
Develop and enhance backend services for high-availability financial and trading platforms.
Build and optimize distributed systems and middleware integrations using Tuxedo architecture.
Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs and backend components for real-time transaction processing.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution to minimize system downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, QA, infrastructure, and frontend developers.
Improve application performance, scalability, stability, and latency for mission-critical systems.
Participate in deployment, testing, system enhancement, and production support activities.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software development lifecycle processes.
Support integration with databases such as MSSQL and other enterprise systems.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in C++ programming.
Good understanding of distributed systems, middleware, and multithreaded application development.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and backend integration services.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MSSQL.
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
Understanding of software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum.
