E-commerce Operations Manager
Location: Singapore (onsite, 5 days a week)
Work hours: 9am - 6pm (full time)
WELIVE is a Singapore-based, FMCG distribution company specialising in categories from Food & Beverages to Home & Living essentials. Founded in 2025, we have rapidly grown into a multi-brand distributor managing hundreds of SKUs and a network of 300+ live sellers and content creators and are now the one currently behind various Tiktok viral food products. Through livestream commerce, affiliate marketing, and data-driven strategies, we distribute different brands and help them scale and drive sales across social commerce platforms.
Your Role
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operational flow across e-commerce and fulfilment activities
- Managing and creating product listings, updating prices, photos, product details, and performing data transformation across different e-commerce platforms
- Replying to customer queries and handling refund or order-related issues professionally and efficiently
- Helping to set up platform promotions, tracking sales performance and customer satisfaction to ensure operational KPIs are met
- Coordinating and overseeing daily warehouse and fulfilment operations to ensure smooth workflow, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and timely order dispatches
- Monitoring inventory movement and coordinating restocks to minimise stock shortages and overstock situations
- Assisting in analysing operational data to identify workflow improvements and growth opportunities
- Liaising with internal teams, warehouse staff, and external parties to ensure smooth operational execution
- Identifying operational issues proactively and proposing practical solutions to improve workflow efficiency
- Other administrative and operational duties assigned by Management

- Possess strong problem-solving skills and remain calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy with good attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Good with spreadsheets, analytics tools, and backend systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and external parties
- Eager to contribute, improve processes, and grow with the company

Pay: $2,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
