岗位职责

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Admin & HR Assistant to support daily HR operations and administrative functions. Candidates with at least 2 years of HR generalist experience in Singapore are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist in recruitment, on-boarding, and staff documentation
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll support
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and reports
  • Coordinate staff training and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and company policies
  • Liaise with government submissions such as CPF, IRAS, MOM, work permit ,etc.
  • Support other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience in Singapore
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
  • Able to handle payroll and HR documentation independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
  • Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage
