We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Admin & HR Assistant to support daily HR operations and administrative functions. Candidates with at least 2 years of HR generalist experience in Singapore are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in recruitment, on-boarding, and staff documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll support
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and reports
- Coordinate staff training and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and company policies
- Liaise with government submissions such as CPF, IRAS, MOM, work permit ,etc.
- Support other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience in Singapore
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
- Able to handle payroll and HR documentation independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
- Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,600.00 per month
