岗位职责
1. Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system.
2. Check for accuracy and edit files, such as contracts.
3. Print and distribute project-related copies to internal teams
4. File documents in physical and digital record
5. Ensure documents classification, sorting and filling
6. Create templates for future use
7. Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
8. Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
9. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
10. Responsible to generate, maintain and compile master document, report and other relevant records
Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
