Business Development Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting company growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Generate leads and conduct follow-ups with potential customers
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Achieve sales and business development targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Attend meetings, networking events, and business discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in sales or business development is an added advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess own transport is an advantage
