Job description

• Handle daily accounting tasks and data entry.
• Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and payment documents
• Assist in account reconciliation and financial reporting
• Process payments and monitor expenses
• Support month-end closing and accounting documentation
• Submission of SST.
• Update monthly staff claim.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding account matters
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with company procedures
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments when required

Academic

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Experience

• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
