We are looking for a skilled APS Functional Engineer with experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling systems to support and enhance IT/OT applications in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze manufacturing and business requirements and convert them into functional specifications

• Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of APS systems
• Work on capacity planning, finite scheduling, production sequencing, and constraint-based planning
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and supply chain teams
• Prepare functional/design specifications and perform system testing
• Provide L2 support for APS and related IT/OT systems
• Support integrations between APS, MES, ERP, and other manufacturing systems
• Conduct user training and prepare training documentation
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and KAIZEN

Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments preferred
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle Database is mandatory
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling concepts such as capacity planning and finite scheduling
• Experience with APS systems (INFICON FPS preferred) is an added advantage
• Exposure to MES, ERP, or manufacturing system implementation projects
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM2,172.33 - RM7,800.00 per month
