Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field;
• Minimum 1–3 years of procurement experience in the construction industry is preferred;
• Able to communicate in Mandarin;
• Familiar with construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes;
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills;
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
• Able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction materials and services;
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with project requirements and company policies;
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of materials to project sites;
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new suppliers;
• Compare prices, quality, and specifications to ensure cost-effective purchasing;
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams on procurement matters;
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all procurement activities;
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
