KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and ensure the integrity of information.
- Assist with Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Invoice Management: Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general office duties, including filing, and document management.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Diploma / LCCI / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experiences will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting software & MS Office (especially Excel) will be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
- Responsible with good attitude & interpersonal skills.
