Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance-related tasks.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts.
• Monitor company expenses and financial records.
• Assist in data entry and maintaining proper documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and update financial reports.
• Liaise with clients regarding payments and account matters.
• Support admin and finance operations when required.
• Ensure all records are updated accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship applicants are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM1,951.46 - RM5,079.55 per month
