• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for beauty and wellness industry roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and collaboration networking
• Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
• Handle recruitment for Beauty Specialists, Centre Managers, Customer Service Officers, and corporate positions
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Work closely with HR and business teams to understand manpower requirements
• Stay updated on beauty industry hiring trends and competitor activity
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Strong communication, proactive and strong sourcing skills
• Familiarity with job portals, social media, referrals, and collaboration networking

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
