What you'll be doing
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with printed circuit boards, identifying the root cause of any problems
- Perform repairs and modifications to PCBs, using specialized tools and equipment
- Implement preventative maintenance measures to ensure the longevity and reliability of PCBs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and test new PCB layouts and components
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all repair and maintenance activities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in PCB repair
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PCB Repaired Technician or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles, as well as experience in reading and interpreting schematics and technical diagrams
- Proficient in the use of soldering equipment, multimeters, and other PCB repair tools
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and address complex issues
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
