Job Description

• To plan the daily collection schedule which follow customer instruction with CTI form (out station)
• To deal with Marketing PIC or direct with customer regarding any issue of collection date, vehicle capacity need, quantity collection and others needed (outstation)
• Receiving all the purchase item and key in GRN in NAV system
• To assist all the new plant Logistic Department staff applying e-leave in computer system
• To key in all the Logistic Department PR
• To prepare monthly driver outstation allowance list for approval.
• To print weighing ticket during cargo collection waste back from customer site, goods deliver to buyer or incoming material from supplier/vendor if needed.
• To arrange cargo transfer goods to another plant
• To support and contribute to the implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirement
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior and management from time to time

Required Qualifications / Experience

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic and Transportation or equivalent.
• Possess good working experience in store and logistics management
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and result oriented with ability to meet the deadline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
