Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Beautician or Aesthetician to join our team to promote, demonstrate, and sell advanced laser systems for aesthetic and dermatological treatments. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in skin or aesthetic procedures and have a passion for both treatment delivery and customer engagement.

You will work closely with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and clinics to showcase the benefits of aesthetic laser technologies through product demonstrations, treatment trials, and aesthetic consultations.

Key Responsibilities: Beautician cum Sales

Sales Responsibilities

· Promote and sell aesthetic devices and our services to dermatology, aesthetic, and GP clinics.

· Develop and maintain strong business relationships with aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, and clinic management.

· Arrange and coordinate business meetings, client visits, and sales activities to support business growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market presence in the aesthetic and dermatology segment.

· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the safety, value, and clinical benefits of the company’s aesthetic technologies.

· Monitor sales pipeline, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales efficiently.

· Participate in workshops, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s brand and generate new leads.

· Collect and report market intelligence, including customer insights, feedback, and competitor activities.

· Collaborate closely with the marketing and clinical teams to plan promotional campaigns, content creation, and product launches.

Beautician / Aesthetic Responsibilities

• Perform live product demonstrations and trial treatments in clinics or beauty centers using laser and energy-based devices.
• Educate clients on aesthetic and dermatological applications, ensuring proper technique and safe treatment practices.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including device setup, calibration, and user training.
• Maintain professional product knowledge and ensure all demonstrations adhere to safety standards and clinical protocols.
• Assist in developing treatment protocols and case studies to support clinical marketing and product positioning.
• Offer consultation support to doctors and clinic teams to enhance product utilization and treatment satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related field.
• At least 1 years of working experience in skin treatment, beauty, or laser aesthetics.
• Knowledge of laser or energy-based devices is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in performing demonstrations and explaining treatment benefits.
• Sales-driven, customer-focused, and result-oriented personality.
• Able to travel locally for client visits, workshops, and events.
