Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of deliveries, accurate stock handling, and proper system updates while maintaining efficient warehouse administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Logistics & Transport Coordination Book & Coordinate Lorry:
- Arrange and schedule daily transport/lorry requirements based on delivery needs.
- Daily Delivery Tracking: Update and maintain daily lorry delivery to ensure timely distribution.
- Plan & Weighing: Perform weighing tasks for goods to ensure accuracy for every receiving and shipping.
2. Documentation & Administrative Support
- PO Management: Generate Purchase Orders (PO) for transport services and liaise with the Finance Department
- DO Processing: Systematic filing and sorting of returned Delivery Orders (DO) from transporters.
- Mill Certification: Prepare and issue Mill Certificates (Mill Cert) for outgoing products accurately.
3. Inventory & System Management
- Data Entry: Record and post incoming materials (BRC & Wire Rod) into the system.
- Scrap Management: Responsible for posting and updating scrap material records.
- Incoming Inspection: Verify and receive incoming materials (WR/BRC) to ensure records match physical stock.
4. Backup for CTS preparation when necessary
Job Requirements
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
