We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Forwarding Assistant / Executive to support our daily forwarding operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage import and export documentation to ensure timely shipment clearance
- Handle customs clearance processes, including EDI submissions (K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, DG, ZB, etc.)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, customers, and third-party customs brokers
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Handle full set import container processes, including:
-Container requests
-Status tracking
-Use of port systems (e.g., PTP, Johor Port)
-Documentation for container release
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency
- Support negotiation and optimization of costs with external service providers
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to forwarding-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and customs requirements
- Prepare and submit reports accurately and on time
- Candidate must possess a valid Kursus Ejen Kastam (KEK) certificate for forwarding operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or higher qualification (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics (preferred)

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Alternate Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
