Seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our growing finance team in our Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our financial reporting and accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and review full set of accounts & financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and cash flow statements
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Provide financial advice and support to business stakeholders
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
• Mentor and train junior members of the finance team

What we're looking for

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting and analysis within a professional services or corporate environment
• Strong technical accounting and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
